**Open Saffie Workspace**

Your work and Saffie, together

On desktop, your workspace and Saffie chat sit side by side, with resizable panels and a recent chats sidebar you can show or hide. On smaller screens, switch between Chat and Workspace. Navigate companies, jobsites, departments, jobs, and job groups without leaving the workspace. Saffie can find and open records you have permission to access and use the selected page to understand what you are working on.

Build and maintain your organization

Create and update company, jobsite, job, and department profiles with help from Saffie. Create job groups, edit their details, and add or remove member jobs. You can work directly in the forms or ask Saffie to prepare supported changes. Your existing company roles and permissions still determine what you can view and change.

Job Function Matching workflows

Work through Job Analysis, Job Function Demands, physical requirements, the Data Collection Sheet, and JFM Packages in the same workspace. Saffie can help create, edit, copy, or remove demands and their physical requirements, review your selected data, and prepare a Job Function Description. Contextual guides explain the current screen and the next steps for review, validation, and activation.

Open Job Function Descriptions, demand summaries, and Job Function Tests alongside your conversation. Saffie can help review test items and prepare supported changes to procedures, To Meet criteria, setup, inclusion, and requirement coverage. Existing page controls remain available for document previews, supported PDF and Word exports, sharing, and validation.

Job group descriptions and tests

Create Job Group Description packages using demands copied from member jobs' Current packages. Review and edit copied demands, add or remove demands, adjust their order, and manage package activation, archiving, and restoration. Job Group Test workflows include assistance with supported test item changes.

Ergonomic opportunities and follow-through

Review ergonomic opportunities for individual jobs and job groups. Ask Saffie to help draft or revise opportunities, connect them to saved requirements, maintain implementation updates, record completion or reopening, and organize Ergonomic Opportunity Reports. Dedicated page controls provide AI ergonomic analysis and report workflows.

Choose how changes are approved

In Ask mode, Saffie presents supported changes in review cards. Review or edit the proposed values, then choose Apply or Deny. In Auto mode, supported valid changes are applied in order after permission checks. Use the + menu to select tools relevant to your current work. Saffie can also search the documentation and provide links to relevant help articles.

Conversations you can return to

Chats and their messages are saved to your account. Browse All or Company conversations, reopen a previous chat with its saved workspace context, or delete a conversation you no longer need. Contextual tips help explain the page you are viewing. Usage history remains available even when a chat is deleted.

One usage allowance across Saffie assistance

Saffie Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly each include $10 of Saffie usage per monthly allowance period. Annual subscribers receive monthly allowances within their paid subscription term. Workspace chat, example demand generation, job ergonomic analysis, and job group ergonomic analysis draw from this shared allowance. Example demand generation and each of the two ergonomic analysis features use a fixed 1% of the standard monthly allowance ($0.10) per completed saved request. Chat usage varies with the work performed.

View your remaining allowance, renewal date, usage charts, activity, and conversation breakdowns from Workspace settings or Subscription. Monthly included usage renews for each eligible period. Extra usage is used after the included monthly allowance and carries forward. A $15 usage pack adds $10 of extra Saffie usage through Subscription.

To celebrate the launch, all 38 current Saffie Pro users have received a one-time $5 bonus usage grant. This bonus does not expire and is separate from the regular monthly allowance.
